MAJOR DS: Dream Baseball (メジャーDS ドリームベースボール) is a Nintendo 3DS game developed by Amedio and released by Takara Tomy on July 31, 2008. The game is based on the anime's 3rd and 4th seasons, where the protagonist (name of player's choice) enrolls into Seishuu High School until he lands in America to win the League and defeating Joe Gibson Jr.

There are games where you receive Skill (ability enhancement items) rewards for achieving a high score.
- Ground Fielding: Carry the soil around left and right while avoiding obstacles within 300 seconds.
- Hell Knock: Catch as much knocked balls.
- Batting Center: Bat through the pitching machine until you score many homeruns as possible.
- Power Pitching: Throw a gyroball and break many boards as possible.
